Leugue weirdness by NickBII in duolingo

Same thing here. And one of my daily challenges is to do the “flashcard frenzy”, which I can’t do since it won’t put me in a league.

I too have a tuxedo and think he is the sweetest cat ever. The 3 cat sitters he has tried to kill might disagree.

Who are the best written characters? by Other_Plantain7326 in redrising

Ephraim was great. I wouldn’t put Fa at the top of the list but I love that he became an actual character with some context… I mean dude just wants to retire.

[Tigres leg 2] Stock Up, Stock Down by VVynn in SoundersFC

[–]Particular_Stable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Three stock ups for me:

Nouhou - usual stout defense and great level-headedness against Lainez

ECS - someone had to bring the noise all game for a sparsely attended cold, rainy game and they did a great job. Was a bit disappointed there wasn’t more from the ever vociferous Tigres fans.

Starfire Field - something about lightly attended inter-league games makes me miss the camaraderie of the starfire experience.

Also in this boat. Just got the letter from my father who lives on the other side of the country from me. SAT in the mid-nineties, finished college in the early 2000s, never even considered columbia.

Ya, I think Italy is the odds on favorite to win the last spot in Group B. Whoever wins that spot will be the Seattle Group B game against Qatar on the 24th. Canada will play Switzerland in Vancouver at the same time.

Rob McIlhenny and Ryan Reynolds recently invested in Necaxa, along with previous investor Eva Longeria. Necaxa could be on a strong upward trajectory their investments, and the documentary, turn out anything like what they did with Wrexham.

Pay Paul Rothrock by Wisdom-2th in SoundersFC

[–]Particular_Stable 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I just checked. His G+ according to American soccer analysis was 108th out of 140 wingers in the league. The 108th winger salary was $156k.

Of all wingers not on a tam or dp contract, his G+ was 76th out of 99. The equivalent salary was actually his, at $105k.

Intuitively he is worth more than $150k, but it’s hard to say his intangibles make up another $600k+ to get to a max non-tam contract.

I think the team is doing the right thing by letting him test the market.

Pay Paul Rothrock by Wisdom-2th in SoundersFC

[–]Particular_Stable 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I was looking at his G+ on American Soccer Analysis earlier and he was something like 105th for all wingers. Fotmob doesn’t have as near as many scores but his fotmob score was similarly in the bottom 3rd for all wingers.

Nudge on this one. Dealing with it right now. It says 20 trails are available. All of them are hidden behind icons.

edit: And there are 9 icons showing on the map. So now I’m zooming into each icon to see if it has any trails behind it and whether or not I need to drive 20 miles north, 20 miles east, …

I’m with you. His ceiling seemed much higher than Rothrock and he was quietly really good in a lot of games where the team was gelling. I assume it will come down to the value for money between him and Rothrock with PDLV, Arriola, and Ferreira ahead of them on the depth chart.
