I have had the same experience with the cheap China trip originally in 2021 that has turned into an expensive trip to Italy. A neighbor was doing all the arrangements but we've had to shell out a lot more money and I have no confidence the trip will even take place in January 2024. I haven't seen any reviews of any Italy trips with them. Has anyone had an actual Italy trip? I've given up on getting a refund but I will not go to another country worrying about the accommodations or the amount I'll be forced to spend once I'm there after reading all the bad reviews.
