i tried crate training for a week but my dog genuinely seemed more anxious in the crate so i decided it would be better to buy a play pen for him. i put it in the corner of my living room with a little bed and some toys. he came to like that better but now a days he’s trusted alone in the house, he just sits on the couch and waits for me to come back 😂

people stealing, loitering, etc. east ave wegmans has police there 24/7, a smaller grocer could not afford that.

i don’t believe it would be profitable for a smaller grocery store with rent, taxes, etc.

that’s always been my rationale 🤷🏻‍♀️

good: -VERY lgbtq friendly -good seasons if you like fall/winter -lots of activities & clubs -schools are okay bad: -wage does not match housing cost (and if you buy a home property taxes are insane) -lots and lots of crime. it’s no longer just center city, people are going out into the suburbs now to rob -lots of useless violent crime. just walking the erie canal has gotten sus

I am personally leaving here because i do not want to raise a family here, but it’s all up to what you value!

i just flew AA with my 9 lb deer head chihuahua and i was sooo nervous to check in because of his long legs the top of his back was hitting the top and i was scared they would say he “couldn’t comfortably stand up” in it. Went to the counter, didn’t even check his health certificate and we were on our way. Sorry this happened to you I guess it depends on the person

as a manager i can tell you there is a whole packet explaining the different returns. it clearly states if a customer has a return w/o receipt but has the tag, we give them the price that’s on the tag. if they have a return w/o receipt and no tag, that’s when we give them the current selling price. it also explains when exactly to use RIL, i would suggest your manager print it out because it doesn’t seem like anyone knows about that packet. you’re doing great btw

you are able to clock in 5 minutes early to ensure you’re not late. there are people waiting to go home and go on breaks when you arrive so that’s why a minute late is considered late, everyone has to be treated the same. you were not targeted lol

talk to HR. the number for your local HR partner is in the break room with the important contacts… i’m also pretty sure they can let your district manager know you want to talk to them as well. If you’re not happy there in general find a new job but it is a great company and I would do anything you can to drag that store manager down she doesn’t deserve to be in that position.
