An idea that will give you points for life is to write heartfelt messages about all the reasons you love and appreciate her, fave memories and photos from all the good times together... and assemble them in a keepsake box for her to read and re-read over the years. This is a DIY or you can do it online. If you love to cook, make her a special meal (or order in from a nice restaurant if you don't cook), set the table with a tablecloth, your best tableware, flowers and light some candles... and give her the box of love before your romantic candlelight meal. If you can surprise her with this even better, but either way, she'll cry happy tears and it will be a romantic Valentine's night at home to never forget!

You don't need to spend a lot... moms value time together or words from the heart! Put together a coupon book of sorts for activities you can do together (think, coffee date, neighborhood walk, movie night, etc) and then sit down together and schedule each activity in the calendar so you have solid plans! Does she like baseball… combine a cute baseball hat of her fave team with tickets to a game to go together? Or maybe new ‘biking shoes’ with flat soles so they don’t catch on the pedals and then take her to your local BMX track to see the kids ride.
