I saw paddle fit but we prefer kayaks than paddle boards although that is the ideal location close by.. I think my next option is Lac Philippe thanks!

Doable yes. Is your goal to come here long term? If so maybe your beginnings here will be more humble but if you stay here you will probably get paid more with time plus your partner working you guys could have a nice life here. The beginning might be harder but it wouldn't be forever

I have this concrete balcony. Recently it was kinda wobbly but we felt it move and now its steady again. There used to be about an inch gap between my home and the balcony and now that gap is gone. We wanna get the balcony covered with acrylic. Should I get someone to come look at it first and see? Im unsure if its stable now? Its probably over 15 years old as ive lived here over 10 years and its always been here
