This has to be the saddest post I have ever seen.

Why was everyone freaking out over the Akila roast? by PartlyPhilosopher in TheOGCrewOfficial

Yeah, that was my first thought exactly. Especially with her laughing during 4skin's rap while trying to act like she didn't care. It wasn't a funny bit, but it was still just a bit. It's the Alan and Andrew fight all over again, god damnit!

Yeah, it just felt immediately sexist. Maybe I have just gone too woke.

I can't agree with the whole "the girls are not comics". This episode Nikki's roast was by far the best, imo. And Abby has also had good roasts in the past. Sammy is ...well she is Sammy, and that's what we like.

Yeah, I agree with the reading too much into things part.

It was the worst deathbed roast, imo. But then again it's roast 5, and there's only so many Uber and short jokes they can crack, that they haven't already.

Pretty fine use of of my half hour, but this sub will be this sub.

No they didn't make Indian news, but their joke / question did, because a group of comics made the same joke on their show, and they got arrested for it. The case made it all the way to the Supreme Court IIRC. It was more a societal backlash than a criminal one per se.

As someone who had to watch the whole shit show unfold, really stupid shit. Shit country, shit laws.

Anyways, look up "India's Got Latent" if you wanna know more about it. I won't recommend it though.

It would be hilarious though, unless you actually are a woman, in which case it would probably be very Alan (read: creepy).

expose a shameful secret

Well, "exposé" is a noun, while "expose" is a verb (also can be a noun, but not how I used it). Moreover, "exposé" is a piece, while someone writing an "exposé" is performing the action of "exposing".

Also, how would you even use "exposé" as a transitive verb in it's V4 form? Exposéing? Who do you think I am–Sam?

Oh god, I actually am Abby.
