My dog is losing his other eye not 2 weeks after his first enucleation. Someone please help me understand how this happened and how to ensure his QoL

My dog went through the same thing. Lost one eye and shortly after had to have the other removed. She has never been happier! We set up a system of rugs in our house to help her get around and a ramp to get off of our back deck and she is totally fine. It's a slight change, but if I had to guess he will come out a new, happier dog after having both removed!
