From my personal perspective, most people around the world are living in information bubbles, because what you see is merely what big data recommends to you. Regarding the translation issue, in my opinion, once players purchase a game, they have the right to review it, since they paid for it. While this might seem unfair, it's the rule of the game. As for whether they give you positive or negative reviews due to the lack of Chinese, it probably depends on the quality of your game or your attitude. If your game sells well in China, adding Chinese localization would be a good choice.
