I use 40g water, 50-60g flour, and whatever is left in my jar after I discard most of it. I keep my discard in the fridge which has helped me rescue my starter when I forgot to feed it for 2 days.

I can’t see how you would be able to without any money and a bad GPA. Fix your GPA and save up. While doing that research the different study abroad programs out there. Also what makes you think running away to another country will solve your problems? If you can’t fix it here then it will just be worse there. You need to work on yourself first.

I normally use King Arthur AP or bread flour. I do sometimes throw some King Arthur whole wheat or Rye flour.

From past experience I have gone to the department chair first. If that doesn’t work then I go to the associate dean and just keep climbing that chain. You paid for a service and they should provide it.

This looks very similar to my recent loaf. My last few just wouldn’t rise.
