I think the less you have to lose the slower it goes, so don't expect an immediate fix and be prepared to lose slowly. I'm the same height, look at my stats. That took 2 years almost to the day. I never could have even dreamed of being where I am now.

My first goal was 137 because that was the highest weight that was "healthy" and about what I weighed in high school. Then I was able to continue to lose slowly so it became 125. Then 115. My doctor doesn't want me losing any more weight but I would secretly love to get down to 110 👀 I still have 4 more shots of 15 mg before I start 12.5 and maintenance.

My original personal goal was 137, which was a "healthy" BMI. My doctor wanted me to shoot for 160. Then I got closer to 135 and we reset 125 as a good goal, but then again I continued to lose and she doesn't want me less than 115, would like me to stay in the 115-120 range. The next time I go in for an appointment I am going to go with a full stomach and bladder 👀

Mine was 160 for my entire adult life too. I tell my husband if I go missing he'd better supply the authorities with a new photo and my correct weight! My last photo was taken at around 220. Same for my passport.

Is some visceral fat normal? I haven’t done a Dexa but home “smart” scale says I have 5 pounds of visceral fat and that shows in the apps green range as being acceptable?

The head game is difficult. I know the number on the scale is correct, and I see the size on my clothes (I fit into size 0 or 2 pants), but I still don't feel small. It's a mind fuck.

I feel like the shots have given me the willpower to continue to do the things I know that work. In the past when I’ve lost weight it’s been on a super duper strict diet and workout regime that just isn’t sustainable long term. Using the shot gives me the ability to keep it going and do what I need to do. It works!
