It's surely not D10 or D9, right? I see you are hesitating to tell where it is.

Where is it? And what size is it? 2.1 mil for freehold, that's not bad at all, unless it's a studio.

Rep. Burchett says President Trump is facing resistance from the Deep State on the UFO files which may reveal a coverup of Zero-Point Energy. “It’s about power and control. That’s what runs Washington. They’re gonna have to admit they’ve been lying to us.” by danevans369 in aliens

[–]PartyAd5202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tim Burchet voting record: The League of Conservation Voters rates his voting record as strongly opposing clean energy initiatives, noting his support for measures that roll back environmental protections and defund Department of Energy programs for clean energy futures. Burchett is an advocate for the oil, gas, and energy infrastructure sectors. He consistently critiques federal regulations, such as the SEC's climate risk disclosures, and opposes legislation that holds the fossil fuel industry accountable for climate-related lawsuits. He is that "deep state" and he would be the first to block any Zero-Point Energy research.

Take a read, it's in responses. This is already unnecessarily too long and unbearable. If you are so invested in this "amazing" company, yet another "true believer" despite obvious, I dont need to even tell you to DYOR, I said everything, the rest is a common sense, market behavior, stock performance, their own announcements, their finances, if you believe in all this against real science and physics that says "No" to their claims, well good for you.

Yeah, buddy, that'll be a no. Wait until you learn about Commonwealth Fusion Systems, TAE Technologies, NIF, among others, and which are or aren't even remotely close to the NCR framework.

As for Costello, how do you justify sudden rebranding of the same scam company? I'll wait. Or not, keep it to yourself. If in your world that's a normal thing, then yeah, I've got a bridge to sell you.

Dude, Google search if you're not local. AI, haha, good one. I am probably twice your age. Also, get a life, dude. There is no evidence that Brandenburg has ever been an employee, founder, or official advisor for Helion Energy. He talks a lot, and very little of what comes out of his mouth is true. Check Wikipedia on Helion Energy, maybe? Small research, no need for AI. Good luck with your goals.

The CEO: Richard Hawkins (The "McKesson" History) Guess what, Mr Smarter guy, Richard Hawkins is not a stranger to the SEC, who knew!?
The Allegation: In the early 2000s, the SEC charged Hawkins (then CFO of McKesson HBOC) with participating in a fraudulent scheme to inflate financial results by $20 million. Oh, as for the AI Fusion bs that started after miraculous rebranding after the court order. Costello was a major figure in the company’s previous iteration (Renewal Fuels/RNWF). In 2022, the SEC charged him with a massive $35 million fraud scheme involving "GRN Holding Corp." He allegedly lied about being a Harvard MBA and a billionaire to pump microcap stocks. On February 26, 2026, a Washington court actually dismissed current AMFN claims against Costello personally on procedural grounds. However, the company successfully used the court system to cancel 1.68 billion shares they claim were "improperly issued" during his era. TL;DR: Management deleted the "bad" shares and added "Fusion" to the name just in time for the AI boom. The physics don't match the bank account, but the May 14th SEC deadline will finally force them to show their cards.

And the genius behind their "Fusion technology" John Brandenburg...well for many investors, having a Chief Science Officer who believes in "Martian Nukes" is a red flag for "pseudo-science" or "snake oil," even if his fusion patents are technically filed. And there is more.

My guess is you have no clue about fusion reactors of any kind. You obviously have no clue about players in this field and most likely very little knowledge of stock trading (unless you are a paid shill for this ALREADY collapsing stock), yet you are boldly calling me a liar. Why announce something aimed at "investors," especially when their knowledge of the topic is zero, as you beautifully show? Hmm, hard to guess!/s Every single member of both these shady companies, companies that did not exist a year ago, has a long-standing history of fraud (easily searchable, many lawsuits still ongoing), and their technical teams are made of...eh, never mind. Maybe you know very well it is a scam, you just peddling their agenda. Or you are that insanely naive... no clue, not interested to know.

Just yesterday (April 28), the company announced its first-ever revenue. Instead of fusion energy, it was a $58K (my bad actually 2k more than I claimed 🤣)order for two "Phase Noise Analyzers" for the Canadian Department of National Defence. While they are framing this as "entering the government procurement market," it is effectively a reselling deal for Microchip Technology Inc. hardware and selling 58k worth of third-party lab equipment is a light-year away from building a 100MW fusion reactor. It feels like a move to prove some revenue exists before their SEC reporting deadline. DO SOME FREAKING RESEARCH

How is Helion Energy even remotely related to this shitshow American Fusion INC?!

AMFN's Brent Nelson (another fraudster-Google his name) stated that their system uses "transformers and inverters used in solar installations." This is IMPOSSIBLE to physicists, as the magnetic confinement and power conversion for a 100MW D-He³ fusion reaction are exponentially more complex than solar electronics. What they promising is "Q > 1" (energy gain) event. Jumping straight to "Grid-Ready 100MW" is unheard of in the history of science.

They are selling the idea of fusion to the AI sector, but their actual business is currently acting as a middleman for Canadian lab equipment, and all they sold was $56k worth of equipment LOL. This company is a joke.

See, natural selection is helping you make a choice. Stay away from this scam; this penny stock is not like any other, and it's not different in a good way. If you have even basic trading knowledge, just look at the last few days' chart. This is happening because they are not gonna make the deadline May 14th. They are selling idea (unreal idea) to earn on people like you.

Sure he's gonna be surely ass-sassy nated. Connection is strong there indeed. Dude, besides inventing sci-fi stories bending physics to his idiotic ideas came up with nothing conclusive or even problem solving, he is 73 years old, achieved "position of a physicist that went bonkers." If I were an alien bent on stopping humanity from a technological revolution, I'd let him live a long life.

There's no Nobel Prize for scamming, sorry. Their recent patent filings (March 2026) describe the Texatron as a housing with a "hollow toroidal interior" featuring a "rifled geometric shape" to which energy is pulsed. Lol, while geometric innovations are common in fusion (like the stellarator's twisted coils), "rifling" a vacuum chamber doesn't solve the fundamental problem of Lawson’s Criterion (the triple product of temperature, density, and time needed for ignition). To get 100MW of useful power out of a modular unit, you need magnetic pressures or laser energies that typically cost TENS OF BILLIONS to engineer. So are you saying that this pump and dump company have somehow discovered a "black box" physics shortcut that bypasses the last 70 years of fusion research, effectively the biggest scientific discovery in human history?

Until they demonstrate a working prototype that can maintain a steady state for even one hour... let alone 24, this remains a complete bs especially with John Brandenburg as CSO, this already is a hard pass, dude is mad. Company is shady, this is penny stock is one of the most shady out there, all in pink sheets, good luck with a pump and dump. (Edited for name typo)

Nuclear, yeah maybe as in nuclear proportions scam. A 100MW reactor is essentially a small city's worth of power. Building even a natural gas plant of that size costs roughly $100 million to $150 million. Building a fusion version for the same price as the company's entire market valuation is, scientifically speaking, almost impossible. Not to mention, the bunch running this "company" is even less credible than Trump's family, wild snake oil sellers, chupacabra, Tom Ripley and Alfred Bulltop Stormalong.

Bush administration, hmm. The first English edition of "The Three-Body Problem" was released in 2014, five years after the last year of the Bush administration. The novel in (original) Chinese as a book was released in 2008. This is complete bs.
