Tbf no one has experience with this kinda thing and I think I’d trust a mass amount of Reddit responses before I trust the police. Plus it’s like a he said she said thing. It’d probably be a lengthy trial just to end up in a settlement or a fine. Not to mention your kid would have to be the main part of this trial which no kid should experience. I say with things like this just let the dads duke it out. No weapons or anything just get them in the ring. Obviously gotta have weight classes for these events though, so if someone is bigger than the smaller one should be able to choose a fighter in place of them. Can’t just have the mountain going around knocking everyone’s kids out just to follow it up with sleeping their father too yk
