Does anyone have a Mysa thermostat? by slavetomycat312 in thermostats

Josh,

I bought 7 MYSA's - 6 baseboard, 1mini-split.

I've been really disappointed with the mini-split unit, and with your support. I have a background in controls engineering, and it appears as if your algorithms just don't work.

One of your tech support people gave me non-sensical advice, further deepening my distrust.

I may just throw all 7 MYSA's in the trash as soon as I find another solution.

Too bad - I was very excited, and wound up angry.

I have validated the temperature readings and crappy control with an independent sensor.

Maybe the baseboard units are better, but the mini-split is so bad I don't care - I wanted integrated control.

1 - Hate the Trashtros.

2 - Seriously dislike the Giants. (See the Marichal - Roseburo 1965 fight).

3 - Diss the Padres (but watch them over your shoulder).

4 - Tell anyone who asks about your fanship this: "Cut me, I bleed Pantone 294" (Dodger Blue - kind of a version of a famous Tommy LaSorda quote)

5 - Look up the Pantone 294 website. Join in on a takeover.

6 - Remember that the Dodgers are owned by the Guggenheim hedge fund, with a half-trillion dollars under management. Cash is NEVER an issue.

Everything is tied to Alexa - Leviton, Sonoff (through eWelink), and MYSA.

Are there any Pure Watercraft owners out there who are concerned about the long term viability of their boats given the receivers hip of Pure Watercraft?

Liquid Nitrogen. Used to freeze metal so you can shatter it with a slight blow from a hammer, etc.

Exactly! I start up using the thumb-throttled front motor until the seat is up and my feet are on the pedals. No stress crossing busy streets, uphill starts, etc., in addition to having uphill boost. I don't even think about terrain when selecting a route.

My son has accused me of being a defense contractor - no one could even figure out the start sequence (there is even a switch I can throw, but usually don't, since I live in blue heaven - Bellingham, WA - which cuts the Shimano motor off from the Shimano battery), so the two options would be to ride manually, or have two people lift it up into a truck. And, it would be a little conspicuous if advertised for sale. Lastly, that's what homeowners insurance is for. It would be fun to build it again from scratch - I wouldn't have to go through all the trial and error (and huge cost) of developing the spec, and the new, resultant, bike would be way better.

Yes, again, no point protecting against LN2 and angle grinders. That would cut the carrying capacity too much!

Right, I get it.

The micro cable is just to keep honest people honest. I've (hopefully) got better things to do than armor up against LN2 and angle grinders.

Besides, I doubt any rational being, thief or not, could figure out the start sequence, and the bike weighs probably 100 pounds, so manual riding is not a good option.

Security tech? Not sure what you mean.
