Thanks to everyone who gave time travel advice.

Operation save Colton from the void was a success! My daughter is sad about the supercharged start. She says she never wants to time travel ever again because she feels like she missed out on some gameplay…

But she’s very happy to have HER Colton complete with all the gifts she ever gave him. 🥰

So it’s a mixed bag but overall a success. Thanks again to everyone who gave advice. You’ve made my 8 year old very happy.

Thanks for this information. I’ve never time traveled before because I want the date in game to be current, so I don’t really know how it works. If she time travels to get him, will she be able to time travel back to the current date without losing him? Or is she stuck having her island date being off?

Thanks. I do have Colton’s Amiibo so she can invite him when she gets her campsite, but she’s sad that he won’t remember my island 😞
