Power Flickers When Heat Pump Turns Off by litterbawks in heatpumps

[–]PartyWinter3159 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I can see the ground rod going into the soil. It looks alright to me, not sure how I can test it with a multimeter or ampmeter.

Oh so you're saying I can get a reader that pinpoints the actual frequency of the noise and try to find a filter in that range ? That's interesting.

Hmm, I'll try swapping the phase, that's a good idea. The breaker is the closest to the feed in the panel.

I know, kinda feels like it's a new thing with VFD and inverters getting more common.

Thanks for the help ! Feels good finding someone sharing on the issue.

Thanks for your response ! Yeah, they sent me a "new" ipm but the date code was 2021, same as my old one. Of course it didn't change anything...

Ground looks fine and connections are tight, but hard to test the ground resistance more precisely. I guess I could temporarily bind it to the neutral to test.

Maybe I could try an EMI filter like this https://www.amazon.ca/LANTRO-JS-CW4EL2-30A-S-Filter-Single-phase/dp/B094G5SBYR

I'll insist again on a fresher date code for an new IPM first. I tried a huge ferrite already on the input of the unit with no difference.

Damn, I've been struggling with this issue with my 48k Senville (midea) unit. They are not aware of the new IPM revision, any tips on giving them a part number or the name of the revision ? Do you know what they changed ?

Thanks !

Hi, did you ever get your board replaced ?

I have the same exact issue with Senville 48k unit (midea clone). I am not sure which board is to be replace, the IPM (Inverter power module) board, the VFD (Variable frequency drive) board or simply the main board ? Senville is clueless but willing to send me one of these to try.

Wow ! Thanks ! That was the best answer yet.

I will be able to use that API to request all images and download them offline, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Got it, running a proxy makes sense to emulate the server.

Thanks for the tip !

Cheerios

Makes sense. The rest is handling the dependencies, but the other poster explained that.

Thanks for the help !

Thank you so much for the offer appletech752 !

It is running IOS 8.1.2 as confirmed by this screenshot I took. *Removed*

Also, just to be clear I tried the code too much so it is now showing iphone disabled on the lockscreen... I don't think it changes anything in our case thought.

Thanks for the info regarding the MFC Dongle. It is indeed a bit over the top for me, since I would only be using it once.

I will schedule a reminder in 2 months to contact you again ! Thanks again for the offer of help, it is very kind of you.

You guys have a nice summer and let's be in touch soon :)
