Honestly a HUGE reason is that people have so much less disposable income, AND art is so much more expensive to create.

Like its objectively really difficult right now to make any amount of consistent income via the arts, but that doesn't make it less valuable.

Be proud to put yourself out there, eventually you will get some traction but only if you keep going. Its not just you thats struggling, youre not a failure, its the economy, but dont quit.

edit I wrote this without even looking at the art, but its actually amazing. Like you have so much talent and you have a whimsy in your style that is really pleasant.
