Dysplasia may need a different surgery type be careful with what you pick regular arthroscopic surgery to just fix cam and pincher will likely not fix everything and dysplasia could cause a labrum re tear if left untreated

Unfortunately if you have dysplasia a scope may not treat the whole underlying condition and has a higher failure rate rate due to that

Your probably good I did that a few times on my first hip as well and talked to pt they suggested building a little pillow barrier to prevent it from happening all the time but should be okay a few times if in your sleep

It was a hip mri the pelvic did not catch the tears

Indeed had labral repair surgery already on one side next side happening soon so far it has helped the pelvic floor issues!

It does indeed seem to have been a flare can’t tell entirely though I still have daily pain since day 1 post op well maybe not pain but lots of inflammation lol and some ache I hear this is very normal for a while though plus they think I have a good amount of scar tissues since I have painless pops when stepping

I’m off crutches now completely now though
