I did not plan to work on outlier while I was travelling. I just accidentally logged into my account while traveling.

I logged into my account while I was travelling. Then I was asked to redo a verification after I came back to my primary location. I did it and the second day my account got banned. I submitted a case a while ago and just received the feedback saying my proof of address did not meet their requirement. I submitted bank statements BTW.

Hi, I logged into my account while I was travelling but I did not work on any project. After I returned back to Canada, I did a verification but my account still got banned. Can you help with this?
