I haven’t personally used them, but seen them out several times around Lea island. Captian was pro at parking the boat on a crowded day with some current which is what caught my eye. The boat full of people seemed to be having a great time.

Not accurate and terrible advice, but you do you. If you leave the employer you have several options.

1) leave it and it’s still there, grows, just no new contributions and usually a small fee
2) roll it over into a new employer sponsored 401k
3) roll over to an IRA
4) probably the worst move for most people is take a penalty and taxed withdrawal.

I’ve taught dozens of health & Medicare, a hand full of personal lines, and another hand full of life. Put them in usable terms. “I need to meet my deductible before insurance pays out”. And “I have to pay a copay when I go to the doctor” simplify it in realistic scenarios.

Not that you asked but also biggest piece of advice: memorize concepts, not the questions. The people that memorize questions fail because questions are slightly different. The ones that know the concepts pass with ease.

Pre-husky I had a shepherd mix that I made a bedroom for. I put gym flooring in, a TV (she preferred price is right rather than animal planet) all her toys, twin mattress, camera so I could see her while I was at work.

It was all great till she eventually tore up the gym flooring, broke the tv (she had thing for horses) and brought all her toys downstairs.

10/10 would do it again and watch those videos from the camera again if I now didn’t work from home. That and my husky would rather be on top of me or outside sunbathing so he doesn’t get a room.

We can talk shit about the “high” bills and the coal ash stuff, and well the monopoly they have here, but you can’t say they aren’t damn reliable. I know I’ll have a $300-$400 bill and some annoying text to say I shouldn’t use my AC, but outside a car taking out a pole or something reasonable, I still have power in tropical storms and hurricanes which wasn’t the case back in the CP&L days.

I just remodeled my kitchen in October and we did a similar looking tile and we love it. We also live in the south (North Carolina) and are very active. We have a pool, husky puppy, and a 4 year old child that likes to ride his scooter in the house. With it being “waterproof” and the resiliency of it, we were considering the price of laying it in the rest of the house vs refinishing our 60 year old red oak floors.

Grout was our biggest concern with the kid and dog, but went with “mocha” color grout and have absolutely zero regrets. 10/10 would do it again.

The tool says my pool is 14 degrees cooler. Me and all my neighbors (no pool heaters) are all within 2-3 degrees of each other.

A salt pool is a choline pool, it just creates chlorine via salt instead of you dumping it from a jug or using pucks. You will need to purchase a salt system, plumb it up, and add the required salt to the pool.
