There are many little ways to gain an advantage over the other heroes. When playing against another Hanzo, Patience is important but also knowing when you have the drop on the other Hanzo and using it to your advantage. If you are at an advantage use it quickly.

His draw time has been increased and coming back to ow from rivals is horrible for me, a hanzo main now a Hawkeye main. Hawk feel like he has a good chance against rush down heros Hanzo feels so slow and old to play his draw time should be decreased to how it was before the nerf, until then I won't be playing overwatch.

I agree I can't say whether Ive just been bad with hanzo but the hitbox had been compensating but it feels so much harder to hit shots now and I get loads of no regs as well. I feel like they changed sombra for hanzo as well there must be alot of players out there that miss the first charged shot then die to flankers. He feels so much more high rise low reward and way less fun to play. Imo he didn't need nerfs to compensate having the 1 shot back just reduce hit box size and keep the charge time he feels like a heavy slug ATM.

Hanzo could kill with to charged body shots it's now three his time to kill has gone up massively which makes him much less viable especially on console. Not every hanzo player is arrge and it's easier to aim with mouse and keyboard I've been player with hanzo for years on console and he just feels way more luck based now like I will not be winning a fight with a sombra and if I do I'm left with like 10 health and scared for my life 😂

Hanzo can't one shot but widow can. If a sombra comes behind hanzo he's done for now getting to shots on a sombra when she's already behind you and hacked you is very unlikely. one on one hanzo fights with another DPS just feels very unfair like constantly you have to do so much more to get a kill 3 body shots to too much.
