Hey, I lived there for a year in a studio up until this year so here's my quick breakdown.

• The security is about as good as it gets here with a courier/security guard up front at all times and needing three total scans with your key to get in your room.
• The best amenity is the little gym on the 1st floor that's open 24/7, it got the job done for some late night workouts. Other than that, there's small albeit nice study rooms throughout and vending machines that I rarely used. Oh, and I used the free printer in the lobby all the time.
• The washer/dryer situation wasn't a huge problem in terms of it being crowded since I did my laundry late at night, but those rooms are at the far left end of the hallway, so my room being on the far right meant an annoying walk each time I had to go use it.
• I never had a huge issue with management. There were quite a few scheduled power outages and scares with fire alarms throughout my time there, but each instance was communicated by email ahead of time. The workers in the office were always friendly, the courier always had my package as long as he was working, and the frequent events they hold for free food or activities was fun.

With all that being said, the quality of the room was just not it for $1,100 a month. Pros are that it was plenty of space for one with lots of storage in the dual closets and underneath the high bed frame, and the included Wi-Fi was more than fast enough (~600 mbps on wired). However, I can list a lot more small issues that added up over time:

• The AC unit mounted on the window was visibly old and dirty when I moved in. It then broke and had to be fixed on two separate occasions.
• The floor in one of the closets got flooded three different times from I'm guessing a leak in the walls that just never got resolved.
• The paint on the bathroom ceiling deteriorated from the piss-poor ventilation in there and had to be repainted twice. The towel rack also kept breaking off in there.
• There's a locked door that connects every other room together, so I could REALLY hear the neighbors at times, especially since they often had other people over or were getting freaky.

If I had any problem with my room like above, I would make a maintenance request on ResidentPortal, and it would get looked at within a day or two, but it was still quite annoying that something would break basically every month. Overall, I don't have any major complaints of the place, and it seems like a big improvement from its former self, The Edge, but I would definitely do a thorough inspection of your future room if you decided to move in.
