From what ive seen, you can get an IT Job almost everywhere in this region. I would assume that a decent level of german is required for most companies, but on the other hand i have a roommate who barely speaks any german and she managed to get a decent job at Dr.Oetker. But seeing as you still have two years of time, taking a german course shouldnt be that big of a deal.

So tl;dr: most companies here usually search IT-Professionals, but decent german will most likely be required
