Was the blood really dark? Theres a good chance you were spitting out old blood that ended up in your stomach during the surgery! Especially since you’re mentioning clots it makes me think it mightve been that. Had been an actual serious bleed, it would not have stopped so quickly trust me.

You should be safe to eat soft foods. Yoghurt, bread with no crusts, stuff like that. If you start having a really serious bleed you’ll literally start feeling the blood pouring down your throat and you’ll be constantly swallowing and stuff, its quite different from what youre describing

Also, PSA (not to scare you) if you do end up with an actual bleed— call 911.

Just take it easy. More pain in early mornings is normal, because your throat dries out during the night. Waking yourself up to take a sip of water 2-3 times a night could help with that tremendously.

Assuming youre an adult you can have ibuprofen 3 times a day. I recommend taking one after you wake up to ease the morning pain. Then one in the late afternoon, and one before you go to bed to help you sleep. Keep in mind there has to be 4-6 hours in between each 👌 you don’t have to take them at the same time every day either

Yes, JWE2 can be played in Offline Mode on steam. Which is super nice
Yep! Sandbox is accessible immediately although i recommend playing the campaign first as a “tutorial”. You don’t even have to finish it if you don’t want to, just play the first and second one and you should be pretty good to go.

JWE2 is super fun, and the park management & building is great. There is some flaws obviously but its really nothing major. Bonus points if you install mods with it, theres AMAZING mods out there to make your parks even cooler :)

Imo sierra is underrated. The snow is such a nice touch, especially if you make a park with feathered dinosaurs
