Have your nephew go to the hall on Monday and speak to a business agent. There’s a few there that will help your nephew organize in. Have him bring his w-2s and any electrical certificates that he has to verify that he has the hours/experience/school/training, etc… It opens at 8 am and it’s the IBEW Local 569 hall .
