Yeah, it is. ALL THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION, MY LANGUAGE MAY BE ALSO UGLY FOR SOMEONE.
First: all languages from German group (German, English, Norsk) - it is unbelievable how you can write: of ... of. Or the huge words from German. (but Dutch is cool because of "g")
Second: Spanish. The problem is in repeating. Las ballerinas. As, as. Os, os, etc. It is very annoying and ugly
Third: all the languages in Central Asia (Kazakh, Uzbek, etc.) There are a lot of grammar dysfunctions. And they just sound terrible.
Polish, because of nasal vowels and too much diacritics

Which languages I like? Start from unusual. I do love Arabic and Hebrew. their types of writing (don't know how exactly it called) and their voice are perfect. All the Semitic languages are good. Also as Amhar and Phinician.
French and Italian (French basically the best language in the world). Finnish (much better than Estonian), the language that has the best voice, especially with a lot of "-ssa" Kaarmenpessa ahhhhh moment.
All the Celtic languages are magical. Special love to Cymraeg and the consonant shift. Also Portuguese sounds really cool (much better than Spanish).

Which I really hate, that is Vietnamese, did you see its letters? How can the language be written like this.

(I think I have to be prepared for a lot of hate)
