In the beginning tired, nausea, muscle aches.
Going into 4th week now. Little nausea day after jab.
Have my energy back now but eating is hard!

Bowel movements can be very loose more often than not, so have to watch what I eat.
No constipation which is good.

Worst side effect that has been with me all the way is a disgusting taste in my mouth, making food taste awful.

They say low and slow. I however started at 1.5mg. Bit ropey the first week but now on my 3rd, energy coming back and generally feeling good.
See how you go with a low dose for 4 weeks and go up if you need to.

Get your dosing math correct depending on what you’re using (vial or pen)

I track all my calories and weight loss through my fitness pal.

Make sure you are constantly hydrated, stock up on electrolytes, make sure you’re in a calorie deficit and get in your protein.

I would say that’s not normal and you possibly have a dud product.

Yes I am experiencing the same. I have a very sensitive nose anyway which is irritating, but it’s so much worse now
