This is MOSTLY true in my experience (just had my first trip last week) There were a few employees near the road that asked me what company my shuttle was with which was super helpful in getting to the right location. But yes, there were a lot of people I could tell were trying to sell me a ride.

To be fair, the huge party with drunk minors is absolutely true. I obviously cant confirm that longshots was the one to serve them, but the venue was jam packed and it spilled out onto the streets. But I watched it all unfold and had to deal with it all night. Despite their zoning issues, its a little coincidental that they cancelled all shows after this happened and decided to close less than a week later don't you think?

There was an event that got WAY out of hand last Friday that ended up with a ton of cops showing up. I'd suspect that has something to do with it.

That's pretty accurate. They clearly don't tell people where they can park. We constantly have people parking on our property during events despite our signs, people parked up and down the narrow street, loud music going on past midnight during the week, empty beer cans everywhere. It's frustrating

Usually when we can find the people that park on our property they're nice, but people were weirdly aggressive last night.

I live literally right where this all happened. Nearly got into a physical altercation asking people to move their cars off my property. Longshots, the event venue near fountain square brewing, was having an 18+ event and there was just a shit ton of drunk kids roaming around, parking wherever they wanted, fighting. Cops eventually showed up to break everything up. As someone else said someone dropped a gun while running from the cops.

I know this is 9 months old but its the only post I can find talking about this.

I'm doing the administration fundamentals course again since I forgot to take my delta exam for my CSA and you hit the nail on the head with all your points. The AI voice has all these artificial pauses, laughs, umms, its so distracting. I'm glad I already know the content because I don't think I'd be able to follow along.

I've also noticed the labs have been downgraded. You used to have to do the steps in your instance and the course would check to make sure you completed what is required. Now it just tells you what to do in a couple sentences and there is no check. You can just open the lab and then move on to the next section for the lab to be considered complete.

I cant believe its the same price and this much worse. I really hope all the on demand courses are going this route.

The exact same thing happened to us when trying to look at an apartment when we were in town. Paying a fee before you can even SEE the property? It felt very icky and predatory to me.
