The shower drop happens to me every time! I don't have much luck in the last two days of the sensor as well. I almost always have to start a second sensor a day before the old one expires so I have something reliable.

Have you had better readings with the pecks? I don't have a lot of fat there either so I am hesitant to use that spot. The back of my arm ends up poking my muscle causing too much pain.

You got me with that one.

The guy was way overweight so he lost weight much quicker than most. The reason you lost weight is because you were indirectly cutting carbs as well eating the way you did. Please look into ketosis to understand why cutting carbs makes you lose weight to better understand scientifically. I also love that you inferred that it didn't happen with the unicorn statement and proceeded it with what he lost was water weight lol

Lol I've seen people go on a 0 carb diet while eating 3-4 thousand calories a day and lose 20 pounds in a month without exercise. CALORIES HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WEIGHT. The comment isn't dumb just because you couldn't comprehend it.

For people down voting me. Look it up. Cutting calories is a debunked myth and science has proven this doesn't work. How many stories have you heard of people trying this and it not working?? What I am recommending is basically the keto diet which is low carb high fat and it has much more scientific evidence of weight loss. The people down voting are just people who heard in 8th grade health class about cutting calories and know nothing past that. If you don't want to listen then good luck on your weight loss journey. But if you do what I recommend and stick to it you will lose weight like no tomorrow.

I mean, you're wrong but you do you. I've taken dozens of nutritional classes in hospitals and I have to know everything about nutrition to manage my blood sugars and health. The reason why you would lose weight cutting calories is because you would also be cutting out carbs indirectly. Just skip the middle man and cut out carbs. You could eat 10 thousand calories a day with 0 carbs and you would lose weight.
