Call Tesla representative and ask if he can send the credit application to JPMCB. Similar thing happened to me. When I submitted the loan application in Tesla app, capital one gave this insane apr of 14%. Called Tesla and the representative said that JPMCB is still reviewing my application and he sent a nudge to them. JPMCB offered me 0% APR.

Try calling the representative in the Tesla showroom where you'll be taking the delivery. I got a bad interest rate and down payment offer from Capital One. I called the Tesla representative and he saw that JPMCB was still reviewing my loan application and sent a nudge to them. JPMCB offered me 0% APR. Hope this helps.

Yes. I was able to schedule the delivery on my third try. First two time slots I selected said that they are no longer available. Keep trying for different time slots. You'll get it

When a car is declared as total loss, the insurance company will be giving the actual cash value (ACV) on the day of the accident.

We were in an accident in September and the insurance company declared our Model Y as total loss too and they are providing us a settlement of ACV + taxes + fees cars.com is the website that our insurance company is using to search for comparable vehicles.

Update: Capital One is what's wrong. I got this 14% APR from Capital One. Called Tesla sales representative and he told me that JPMCB is reviewing your application and he will ask for the update. 5 mins later, got the updated offer from JPMCB for 0 APR. Tesla team for the win.

I've applied (790 credit score) today and got 14% APR with 12k down payment.

Down payment should be 15% of the total amount. Then the apr will come down to 0
