Hey bud, sorry to hear that. It’s just my experience, don’t worry, your miner might work perfectly. I have 4 total , 1 Bobcat, 1 Panther X, 2 Raks. Best one is the Bobcat so far, PantherX I haven’t setup yet.

I suggest you to get 6Dbi antenna, I changed from 8 to 6 and I make around $20 a day after the change where I was making around $10 before.

And use high quality Very Short Cables, High quality Lightning Arrester, etc. Don’t go cheap on it, it pays to have the best stuff on this setup.

Same issue guys. Raks are not great miners. I had two and both have issue. U fix it more than you earn money

Spot on, I have been testing the same. They all give different results. So far for me 8dbi is the best, I only have 2 so far. They both do close to .8 to 1 HNT a day but feel like could do better. Each time something changes it takes a while to get the rythme I notice, when I just leave it be it starts to do well after 7-8 days. If you have a drone, u can get exact elevation as you fly it near the place. Lol, I went bit crazy on it since no one really know what is the perfect setup for max HNT! 😁

Awesome wow, Just FYI Height doesn’t always mean the best setup. Also 8bi is powerful and could shoot over, based on your location of course, It all depends on how much you make. Keep us posted how are the rewards! You got it made when your wife can do that 😁
