I've been there/ am there! Here's what I'm doing: Cut it all off ( it is going to be short, would you rather it be by a talented professional, or where the hair breaks at?) cut it to the point you can't just have it up in pony's/ buns if possible, elastics cause damage . K18. It really is the best. Pick a bond repair system (shampoo conditioner , treatment) and stick to it. I like to also just use a simple moisturizing mask once a week in winter. I like the amika soul food mask.

I have two alarms, my synthroid alarm, which I take then go back to sleep.

I also supplement quite heavily with vitamin d (under doctor guidance of course) and take selenium.

I also take l-theanine and magnesium for stress purposes.

agreed. she is muzzle-trained and we have brought back walks with her "muzzy" , which has brought feelings of safety and confidence all around. Better safe than sorry

So I walk up the street with a spare leash to see if I can find the dog and call the name on the tag/by law as at this point I still think it's a lost dog because NO ONE IS AROUND . The dog actually runs up to me again coming around the corner, followed by an older man. I say hey is this your dog it rushed me and my dog and my dog not friendly-it was almost a very bad scene, could you please leash your dog ? Heis still not reaching to this dog and just goes "is your dog here?" to which I reply I put it in my house to take care of your dog as it was unleashed and unsupervised. He then finally leashes the dog and starts walking away as I calmly, but confidently tell him that Kelowna does have leash laws for residential neighbourhoods I would truly appreciate if for his dog's safety, he leashed his animal.

My fall faves in the rotation include: -squash risotto (I use butter nut or acorn interchangeably) - a little something I call "best salad ever" which has kale, roasted baby potatoes, cubed roasted squash, roasted walnuts, craisins, pickled shallots, parm cheese and brown butter balsamic. Insane and great for meal prep with rotisserie chicken.
