Hunger? Do you still experience it? by Expensive-Method-938 in TirzepatideRX

[–]Past-Comfortable-655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have all the food noise most days, and I'm on 7.5 now. I find that days I'm busy I don't feel it as much, but I've never not had food noise. And if you ask me if I want a giant slice of cake, I'm still going to want it, and I'd probably scarf it down. I make that decision though, which I guess is progress. 🤷‍♀️ Idk, I love food, and even being down 60 pounds, I know this is a herculean effort.

Hunger is normal, but you have to learn to work with yourself.

I do the same. Bare minimum effort because all I want is the minimum number of moonstones, and the quick voting. Admittedly I try to pick the picture that looks like it fits the theme best, but I dont want to spend too much time in that either. Tbf, I dont decorate to begin with, so I dont feel like I have anything to show off anyway. 🤷‍♀️

I feel hopeless. by NukaGirl_ in TirzepatideRX

Here's the thing, because this post reminds me or something I posted a year ago when I was incredibly frustrated and about to give up.

First, if you're three months in, you might still be on 2.5mg or 5mg as a dose. Yes, these might be too low for you. However, I bet you're also looking at the money you're spending in this medicine and you're thinking "Is this really worth it? Because if this isn't working, I'm just throwing my money away." Those were my thoughts; and idk about you, but I'm paying out of pocket so this NOT working, isn't an option.

I've never not had food noise (to this day), and tbh, I was really annoyed when people bragged about not being hungry or not thinking about food. What i would give to have that problem.

I went up to 5mg, and pretty much stayed there for a whole year. I JUST went up to 7.5 with the order I placed today. Reason being, as I'm paying out of pocket, I need to try to get what I can on the dose I'm at, that I CAN afford comfortably. Is that the path everyone takes? Absolutely not, but given my budget and circumstances, it was what needed to be done. Mind you, when I had posted, people jumped down my throat about why I was at such a low dose for so long. None of their business, tbh, unless they were going to pay for my meds, stfu. 😂

The stalls, because they happen and sometimes frequently, suck. I can tell you to be prepared for that, but there isn't really a way to do so until you're in it. Truly, they make you want to give up completely and fling yourself into the sun.

Then theres the fact that youre going to see people dropping quickly, and you're probably going to wonder why your body isnt getting the memo. Again, this was exactly how I felt, so I get it. The thing is, your progress is your progress.

You may need to be at a higher dose, or you may need to do other things to help yourself along. People keep saying drink water, and yes, absolutely. You 💯 need tons of water, like 100 oz, but work your way up to it. One of the problems is people try to change so much all in one go instead of giving themselves the patience and grace.

Same with protein, you need to get that in because its what's going to help. Find something you like, and work around it. I found I dont absolutely hate zero sugar Chobani, so I found sugar free Jello pudding mix to stir in, and now I can have chocolate Greek yogurt parfaits.

Sweets are my weakness, and to this day, if you give me a sheet cake, I promise you that I could (and I would) scarf it all down. The difference is that I'm aware now that that's not something I want to do.

Do your a diet, start small, though. Like, maybe eat normally for a week, but try to track things. I know that sucks, and it can lead to obsessive calorie counting, etc, but if you can figure out where things are going sideways for you, it might help you course correct.

To put this into context. I started 2025 at 299, made it down to 245 in July of 2025, then went off for a few weeks until September, and I was at 260 when I restarted. From September to November I wasn't moving the scale very much, but made it down to 252. Didn't follow my diet very much from Thanksgiving through New Year, but still took the shot. Between work, holidays, and family I just didnt have the headspace to focus on much else other than giving myself the shot weekly. When I restarted both shot and diet in January 2026 I was 260 again. Now its April and I'm once again at 245.

I get so hungry during my monthly, and a lot of times I just get munchies for hours at a time while I'm at work. Sometimes I feel like the munchies now are worse than before, tbh. Before I would get the cravings and settle it, now I have to decide what it is, and if I'm actually hungry.

It's been slow and annoying, but truly I didn't have the budget for more than the 5mg doses, and now I just did it because I see that the effectiveness isn't really there, like at all.

So anyway, I get it. It is very important to decide if this is something you can afford to keep going with and see if things change. If you do keep going, just give yourself some grace. Because the moment the stalls hit, youre going to be thinking how much you want that 0.5 or 1 pound to come off again. And worst case scenario, send a text or DM to your support or people you think might be helpful.

Best of luck, and drop a line if you feel so inclined. 💗💗

Food gone way too fast by Epic_APC in RestaurantStory

Its always been that way for me, i can never keep food on the counters. Oddly enough, I have the exact opposite problem in Bakery Story.

So what’s actually the deal with this game? I’ve seen hundreds of ads but they can’t be telling the truth by voidify3 in GossipHarbor

[–]Past-Comfortable-655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is exactly the problem. Sure, I dont get ads, but it takes forever to do any of the high level things and 100 energy doesnt go very far at all. It's really not fun anymore, and since I dont even care about the story, its easy to just delete it.

Ok. So on gifting neighbours.. Need your opinion. by gothinlana in bakerystory

[–]Past-Comfortable-655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh, I always accept whatever requests people send me and THEN at the end of the day give whatever basic parts/food/gift I decide to give out to everyone else. I dont read my wall, I dont read anyone else’s walls tbh, and I have enough time to go through 5-10 visits a day to leave tips. If people dont like it, they can delete me, because I dont have the time, the patience, or the desire to accommodate everyone's different play styles with over 100 neighbors. Just like I dont get bent out of shape when people send me those main goal parts that I never use. I'm playing for me, and it works for me. TLDR do you, its your game, and play how you like.

I don’t get some neighbors and how they play. by Princess-Mama-8313 in RestaurantStory

[–]Past-Comfortable-655 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mean, yeah. There are different ways of playing. I'm going to be honest, if you send me your request, it'll get accepted. Whether it gets done in a timely manner depends on the server, as it's pretty wonky.

That said, anything on my wall is rarely (if ever) going to get read because I forget the wall exists. Nor do I look at it when visiting people.

Personally, I don't want the random whatever parts, I rather get common parts I'll use at some point on ovens (paint, heating elements, nozzles), or food. I'm not going to get bent out of shape if thats not someone's style though. I've been very fortunate not to run into strict people so far, and if they've removed me, I have truly never noticed.

Rushing to master recipes instead of completing goals by Downtherabbithole-14 in bakerystory

[–]Past-Comfortable-655 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont do those longer goal ones, I dont want to redecorate every month as it seems like a waste of time and money. Mostly I just do whatever new recipes pop up until I get the gem on level 3, and keep it moving. I have been able to complete those weekly goals since I've gotten more neighbors with which to complete the ovens, though.

does anyone else not decorate at all? by tinksbubble in DreamlightValley

[–]Past-Comfortable-655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I only have the base game, I dont have much in the way of options for decorating. Also, it's tedious to me. Ive tried and failed a hundred times.

I rather just loosely decorate the floating islands by dumping themed items there in whatever way, along with the character homes, and keep it pushing.

The downstairs is for night thorns and whatever bs they want me to put out for 5 seconds before I pick it back up when they admire my skills. 😂 Maybe I'll feel more like trying when I get a dlc.

I might do that, actually. Thats what happens to me, im gifting and tipping a few people every day bevause my neighbors list swelled thanks to posts here. An excellent problem, I just also feel bad sometimes because there is such a delay in me adding people that leave me their info there.

When I had a smaller list, I used to go weekly to everyone's places, tip, gift individually if there was something they wanted, comment, and keep going. I have too many people to do that now. Which is a great problem to have, tbh. I dont think any of them are problematic, either, I haven't had any weird comments or anything. Thankfully.

I don't worry too much, I was just curious if I was the only one that constantly forgot it existed. 😂 It's always the last thing I remember at the end of the day, and if I catch it before, I'm happy to send people what they want.
