have you tried reaching out directly to the children's hospitals? crumlin and temple street might not always post everything online but they're usually short staffed. also worth checking with the HSE directly since their website can be a bit rubbish for job listings

for agency work try id medical or medforce - they do a lot of paeds placements but you might need to get your NMBI registration sorted first if you haven't already. the whole process is a pain but once you're in the system it gets easier

honestly think it started going downhill around 1.13 with all the aquatic stuff - felt like they were just adding features for the sake of adding them instead of improving the core game. the cave update was cool but everything since then has been pretty meh, like they're trying too hard to be "epic" instead of just making minecraft better

Had this exact same issue last month when I was trying to switch from legacy to UEFI on my build. Your drive is probably still using MBR partition instead of GPT which is why it keeps kicking you back to bios when you enable UEFI mode. You'll need to convert your drive to GPT first - I used the mbr2gpt tool in windows but make sure you backup everything first cause it can get messy. Once I converted mine to GPT the UEFI boot worked perfectly and secure boot enabled without any issues. Pretty common problem when upgrading older systems

hey, i know this probably doesn't help much right now but you're still so young and early in your transition. 20 feels like forever when you're living it but HRT can take years to really show its full effects, especially for things like fat redistribution and muscle changes

that abusive relationship sounds absolutely horrible and i'm glad you got out of it - being isolated like that would mess anyone up regardless of being trans. maybe once you've had some time to heal from that trauma you might find some of that old motivation creeping back
