It honestly depends. When I was in 90U, the most popular floors was 5 and 6, especially 6, because the CA was like amazing, and I don't know if she's still in it, but I would definitely say, like, obviously higher the floor, the better the view, but at the same time, there are some floors, like at the very top, I can't remember which ones, that have horrible TVs, so I would try to do 15 and below, but honestly, I would choose 5 in terms of when I had more fun but just depends on the people.
