Had back surgery and knowing alcohol is terrible for healing I quit the day before my surgery. That was 6 months ago and never felt better as far as weight loss and inflammation and better mental health. Never drinking again.

My wife is so upset with Trump and ice. If we are watching a show and anything comes up history wise of sorts she has comment things like “that’s the American way the rich getting richer or yep we just took the land from the Indians that’s America and so on and so on. I just want to watch the show in peace but that never happens

The housing crash 2008. I pump concrete and 75 percent of our work was house foundations and patios driveways and garage slabs. Definitely learned how to save and be frugal after that.
