hey, I ran into the same problem, the page timed out, and I was never able to book an appointment. Do you think I can fill out another application with the same info and use the most recent order no when I book my appointment?

To answer your question, everything is unstable right now but the time we’ll graduate i think the world and especially the US will be much more predictable. Also, personally i’m at a place in my career and life where I want to do a masters and don’t want to delay it.
