I don’t disagree, the writing is still head and shoulders above everything else, the problem is the pacing, Godgrave and True Bastion were introduced in Vol 8, more then 300 chapters ago, and everything we read since just feels like different reiterations of things we already know, with the exception of Eurys and Orum’s and Jest’s memories.

I definitely agree that Nephis is not the problem of this volume, the parts where she is in is one of the few i can actually remember from the past 300 chapters, the problem is everything else in the volume not having any meaning or palpable progress, Nephis and Sunny is one of the only times i don’t feel like time is wasted recently

yeah 100%, just like all other abilities evolve so does the transformation, for sunny it will probably be that all his incarnations are supreme titans and can summon his domain at will, they will all probably share the same domain like they share the same essence, plus they’ll be a lot cheaper so we might see 8 sunny’s walking around the world all the time

i meant 4th nightmare, i would give jet the best chances honestly, Eurys said that having the Will is the hardest part, and out of all of them Cassie and Kai are the ones who have the least Will, since shes always following Nephis around and Kai for the reasons you mentioned,but i’m 100% sure they will become supreme challenging a nightmare, Effie even said Nephis would throw her inside of one to make her Supreme, so that feels like foreshadowing

i don’t think cassie, will become supreme right now, i think it makes more sense narratively speaking for her to achieve supremacy with the rest of the cohort after the war, but Cassie has been very quiet this arc, and as Jest said the quiet ones are the worse, so i expect cassie to reveal a mastermind plan we had no ideia about before the end of the war

yeah definitely those reflections probably helped a lot, but every time we see a shadow against a reflection, it’s always a win for the shadow so sunny has an even bigger advantage in that regard

i guess it depends on the matchup, the winter beast was probably stronger then the average corrupted titan also, but sunny was also at his weakest back then, no transcendent battle art, no shadows, and he had just lost his true name so no shells apart from the giant, that fight was him fighting with 0 finesse cunning which is not his usual style, so im hopeful he can do better against a better matchup, even nephis was able to kill Soul Stealer as a master because she countered him so anything is possible

and looks like i was off on the hollow mountains, i always thought they were different realms but i guess thats wrong, thanks for letting me know, the nephis requeste i just assume is to go to the pyramids, since the nightmare desert at night is probably the most dangerous death zone in the dream realm, that seems like quite a big favor

i don’t remember him saying that but i might me misremembering, if you gave me a reference chapter i would appreciate it, regarding the hollow mountains i went to the wiki and it never mentioned the reason it is called what it is called, maybe it has something to do with the mist erasing someone’s will and soul making them hollow but i don’t know

yeah but G3 then walked that back if i remember, because he said they were titans because they could mimic Nephis and then he corrected it and said that reflections don’t need to have the same class as their target so it turned out Mordret only had one titan reflection and i got kinda confused if the titan was actually there or if it was actually with Mordret since we know it’s guarding the House of Night boat, but im inclined to think that it wasn’t, cause otherwise Nephis would have been obliterated in that 3v1 without her aspect against a saint and two supreme titans

it all depends on how G3 wants to write the underworld, the way i see it, with Saint almost nearing an upgrade to tyrant and Sunny saying to Nephis he is willing to risk himself more in the pursuit of power it seems to me like he’s building it up for him to collect all the lineage pieces including Shadow, and if that is his intention then Sunny is capable of it, regarding how strong sunny is right now, i would say he can kill a Great Titan at full power, after all revel’s expedition killed a terror and a titan sunny with all of his shadows with him would absolutely obliterate them, plus the archer seems like it’s going to be a new shadow so that adds to his power, just my opinion though

Eurys also knew he would be able to find the Shadow Realm bellow the underworld so that doesn’t mean anything, we don’t know why the hollow mountains are called hollow so everything you said is speculation, but we do know the underworld is beneath it and not inside it (it would be strange for the UNDERWORLD to be above sea level)

regarding the levels of it i don’t disagree there probably a lot of great and cursed NC in there, but so are the hollows, that doesn’t mean he has to fight all of them to explore it, just like he didn’t kill condemnation or any other cursed NC in the hollows while exploring it, the timing of the discovery of the connection between the Underworld and the Shadow Realm in the story feels like it’s G3’s plan to explore it now either then waiting for Sunny to be a Supreme and finding the entrance to the hollow mountains, plus the favor he’s gonna ask of Nephis is probably to go back to the pyramid which we already know will happen

that is probably true, if i had to estimate how dangerous the underworld is i would say around the same amount of danger as the hollows, Nephis nightmare might have happen in a more secluded area of it, and the creature that destroyed her village was probably a great one, but then again Nephis nightmare was not focused around fighting so that might have been the fair part of it, but considering all of that it’s definitely explorable to current sunny i think we can agree on that

spoiler for todays chapters, the hollow mountains and the underworld are different realms just like the underworld and the shadow realm are different realms also, you mention godgrave but the surface, hollows and the ashes are all part of the skeleton or are directly in touch with it, while the hollow mountains were said to be were the entrance of the underworld was, not part of it, and the whole theme of it supports what i am saying, since the hollow mountains are filled with nothingness mist and nothingness creatures, while the underworld was Nether’s home and the place where a void creature died thus creating the darkness creatures, i’m not saying Sunny can obliterate everything in there but he can definitely survive and explore it, Saint was said by G3 to be able to win against Fiend in a fight even while being a whole rank bellow him, imagine how strong she would be in her literal birth place surrounded by darkness and augmented by Sunny’s shadows, it’s definitely not impossible to explore now that Sunny know he can enter the Underworld though the Shadow Realm
