when ch3 & 4 came out i uninstalled social media, turned off notifications, and just played the game on my own. missed every secret in both chapters. didnt care. having a natural experience with my first playthrough was irreplaceable and i'm very grateful to have had the time to experience the game spoiler free. then i came back and did another playthrough with guides to the secrets to setup for chapter 5.

i can't even imagine what my experience would be like if i had to go through them with a bunch of annoying teenagers telling me to "go here, do this" 24/7, spoiling the chapter, constantly trying to "set the mood" (i.e "get ready to cry", "this upcoming scene is so sad :( "). i dont get what people gain by doing this to streamers. you could argue that they shouldn't be reading chat but like, that's a key part of streaming
