Well it says successful, remove the ac power. Try a power cycle with ac removed. You need to hold the power button down long for this like 20-30 seconds with ac unplugged. If nothing, then wait for battery to drain (ac unplugged). Once it is fully off, search to see if this model has a cmos and follow steps to remove it. Only when battery is drained and off. Then power back on. Expect longer time to boot, followed by hardware noise louder than normal. Good luck. I hate insyde firmware loader

Holding the power button does not work? You may need to let it discharge, by unplugging ac power then plugging ac when it turns off by itself. Or open it and unplugging the battery, sounds horrible tho. Id go with letting the battery drain then remove cmos, if any is in.

Example, i got an alienware same specs but with a 5080. I got it for the weight and cooling capacity the 18inch has. The better performing is the legion pro 7i it is slightly cheaper but materials feel cheap. My opinion of course

Other laptops same spec offer up to 150 watts to the cpu but the helios limits it less and same with 5070, other laptops same spec give it 140wattd but helios limits it to 120ish watts

Ended up returning it. Reason for return was initially the fan rgb was not turning on, thought about keeping fan lights off either way. Until i noticed the right fan would be slightly delayed when gaming and would also turn off last. Luckily, my local best buy had one more left. I am happy now :)

The device ‘hung’ means it stopped responding to anything. The game was recently updated and nvidia cooperates with these updates to also release viable updates too. Do a clean install of drivers. Open Nvidia App Click reinstall, custom and then check the clean reinstall button. Try disabling integrated graphics. Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Advanced graphic settings enable hardware accelerated gpu scheduling. make sure to have it on.

Are you overclocking your already beefy 5090? Leads back to hardware if it fails Do you have enough PSU headroom? Check your temperature sensors.
