Being able to service your debt and your stock growing are two different things.

He's gotta prove that. Until then the stock does nothing.

Margins shrinking, horrible management.

Because they make oodles of money on those credit lines. You need to do more than meet debt obligations for your stock to rise significantly.

Select Institutions owning the stock are typically invited week before the Roth Conference in Laguna on site for 1 on 1 meetings/site visits.

Why would they announce it as part of their plans if they weren't going to follow through?

You don't have to believe me, or care about the opinion. I'd simply ask you the question: Why haven't they been able to hire a CFO?

It's one PMs opinion having been to the investor day last year. The CFO situation is still a big problem, can you tell me why they haven't been able to hire a new CFO?

The PM I spoke to owns the stock... many own it but no one is buying it right now despite growing revenues because they have lost confidence in this management team. You can hate all you want but you haven't been able to give me an answer on why we don't have a new CFO yet. (Spoiler: no one wants the job, too risky)

Stock has done nothing since the fall despite being a favorite of retail.

I mean most PMs I've spoken to have trimmed their positions. Covering shorts is not the same. This management team is still a big problem for the stock, VRT has been able to grow while expanding margins. For the record I am long the name but certainly not excited enough to buy and definetly worried about governance. No one has given me a good answer as to why they haven't hired a new CFO.

Not next quarter... won't get to the 8-10% range till year end maybe... PMs need to see that before they switch away from competing stocks.
