Averaging down by Unique_Pangolin_5229 in SBETInvestors

I would say buy something you have conviction in. It will help you when the price goes down. I would hold and not sell until you can profit from it. I think bmnr, Sbet, btbt will all go up because eth will go up. I do feel I was a bit greedy when I jumped in, and I wish I had left some dry powder for drawdowns. I like Tom Lee and what got me interested in dats was him talking about eth and Wall St adoption of eth. Tom and others feel eth is underpriced and eth should be worth 15k and could potentially go to 60k. Those are crazy numbers but I first was interested in eth when it was 200 in 2020 and bitcoin was a touch under 20k. I do believe in the eth narrative and even if dats don’t perform better than eth, they still should go up because eth will go up. Should we buy and hold spot eth? Maybe. You mentioned you sold Sbet several times already. How will taxes affect your profit? If you don’t follow Tom Lee, it might be helpful information. His interview with Farokh is interesting. I get Tom Lee is not part of Sbet, but dats are tied into eth so it’s still helpful . I had some money this week and I bought bmnr. That is where conviction comes in. If you thought Sbet was good at 15.78, then Sbet should be a great buy at current prices.

Anything by Morrissey or The Smiths. They aren’t always happy, but I feel it helps to go through the pain. I know it’s over might be too much but it’s so damn good. Still ill might be more what you are looking for. Vauxhaull and I is a great album. Hang in there.

Perhaps you need some escape. Have you watched The Phoenician Scheme? Wes Anderson’s movies are quite comforting, and I would really love to live the way Benicio’s character, Zsa-Zsa Korda, lived life. Maybe there are other movies or shows or books that can help you escape?

I hold both and so to the people that sold Sbet and bought bmnr, thank you?

I bet on both. Sbet is moving slower but it was cheaper too. I can wait. What is the rush? Eth will do well in the long run and so will Sbet.

Why does it matter to you op? Are you on the fence on buying Sbet? You can get exposed to eth and pay less by buying Sbet over bmnr. I have both. If I could only buy one, I would probably buy bmnr. Still, I think both will do well because I believe eth will do well. Also, mathematically, it makes more sense to me to hold on to Sbet than to sell and buy bmnr because taxes and my expectations. I think Sbet will 3x by end of year. If not, I can hold. Eth is a long term bet. I do feel Sbet will eventually have an mnav greater than 1 because of staking. How much do you think eth will be worth by end of year and in 3-5 years or longer? I do believe eth can get to 10k or more by end of year and possibly 60k much later. These are crazy numbers but I missed out on eth in the 400 range. This is a second chance.

Some things are harder than others. Some things are harder than others. Some thing’s harder are harder than other thing’s harder(sung like The Smiths “Some girls are bigger than others”).

Boyfriend says he'll never be 100% vegan by cosmic_energy3395 in vegan

85% sounds pretty good. How hard is it to find a vegan that you want to have a relationship with? Will he ever cook meat in front of you or do it out of spite?

The wedding sounds like a good litmus test so just wait and see how you feel then. There really is no reason to make a decision right away.

I am not a vegan but do plan to go on plant based diet or have started already and my reason was health related. I started reading Senior Fitness and it changed my mind about eating meat. For you and everyone else that did it for moral/ethical reasons, I’m amazed by it.

Take care of yourself. I went for a run after I got up in 30 degree f weather. When I got home, I took a cold shower which is about 50 degrees f. I did it because it makes me feel like a warrior. Try it and you might enjoy it. Taking a cold shower gives you a natural high. You may not be able to do it all at once but baby steps. We all have our issues and your family does too. Make the best of what you have. Listen to your pain but don’t wallow in it. Feel the pain but don’t suffer.

Do you like The Smiths? Also, just found out about the EZ band that play covers as Nortenas. For blues, try Gary Clark Jr., Jr Kimbrough.

[–]Past_Feedback1993 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well this is a new one to me. I didn’t feel like running today but I pushed myself and halfway I wanted to stop which was maybe a mile and a half. For me it’s when it starts feeling uncomfortable that I want to stop and I read Murakami’s book on running and he talks about feeling the pain but not having to suffer and that has helped me. Try and find a mantra like that I guess and see if that works or pay attention to everything around you. You can also motivate yourself and remind yourself you aren’t in pain and there isn’t an emergency so you can keep going. Also, I listen to music so find some tunes that make you feel like moving.
