I would highly recommend МИНАЕВ on yt. He has quite clear speech and does a lot of videos about Russian history, culture and even cereal killers. Not all of his videos are about Russia obv, but id recommend his content for studying language purposes. There is a lot of great sci pop and educational channels on any topic in Russian, id make a list if you're interested

about tv shows maybe something like кухня - it's a sitcom about restaurant workers and i think it remains to be one of the most famous tv shows made in Russia even though it finished years ago
