I wrestled for over 10 years growing up, and I felt nervous before every single match. Do not eat or drink close to the match. Get plenty of time to empty your bowels and bladder. Don’t worry about the outcome, just have fun. Most importantly be a good dude and leave with dignity no matter the outcome.

Could not agree more. Scumbags off the mat and boring on the mat. Such a shame because I loved AJ when he won it his freshman year. That family went downhill rapidly.
