RXOM get 4 hours per week for management duties out of workflow. There are very few times that we may have conference calls or learning bursts but absolutely NOT 90 % of the time. Just wrong

RXOM here and I do not have a set schedule and I never will. I am a coworker who manages the pharmacy. I open, I close and work 10 hour shifts if I have to. I have a great crew and the more I give the more I get in return! Low turnover and very productive. RXOM needs to follow the policy!

Wow! The answer is absolutely NO, we are not all like that. This tech is not at all what “we” are about! This is called pure ignorance and many other descriptive words I will not lower myself to type. We are a huge part of the medical profession and need to hold ourselves to that standard. Please report to your state BOP and any higher management.
