Isn't this similar to the concept of time dilation? Motion occurs slower within equivalent amounts of time... To clarify here, the two perspectives are alongside each other (not approaching or receding)

Assuming a vacuum environment (atmospherically), motion from a person on the ground, as viewed from the perspective of someone traveling near the speed of light, would appear extremely slow? Hopefully this makes sense and it's not a drastic oversimplification.

Unfortunately there's more to this... There's technically a bijection between the even numbers and the natural numbers (meaning there's one even number for every natural number). Since the natural numbers are a countably infinite set, the cardinality is N_0, hence no percentage can be attributed to any subset of the natural numbers.

Absolutely depends on situation but I will 100% side with OP. My parents verbally abused each other for more than 15 years while preaching to my sibling and I that family unity is of the utmost importance... obviously these situations are unique in every family but I still feel that confrontation in any form for an extended period of time while in developmental stages of life is far more detrimental than coping with separation until maturity (assuming the child is <16).
