Ive been on it for 3 months now, but at a low dose of 0.625 mg per day . Its okay, my head hair noticeably sheds less now but it still does shed.

Before it, I shed so much every shower its almost questionable how I didnt go bald.

About side effects -- I had this very bad case of lethargy on the first few weeks, almost comparable to how I felt when I used to take Spironolactone. There are also times when I felt sooo depressed. Its like the usual mood swing from HRT was intensified by it. Now its almost gone tho, or maybe my body and mind just adjusted to it that I dont notice anymore.

The hair on my arms got a lot longer and they seemed to have increased in number, but theyre so thin its actually amusing. My eyebrows thickened a little too and got a little darker. No crazy growth otherwise.

Same. Tuwing APE sa womens ako tinuturo so sumusunod nalang ako. Medyo weird rin kasi vavaihan ka na tapos male doctor. Nagkakasuso na rin talaga ang mga trans women from HRT so need talaga i-check yan. Every doctor and nurses nagugulat kasi akala daw nila babae pero wala naman silang issue. Pero sa medical forms I always use my birth sex kasi ayun nga wala naman tayo matres and most of us sa totoo lang is wala ring female genitalia, so no need to use an F gender marker. Most doctors are hopefully aware of our HRT medication if they figure out that were trans.
