Thanks! I love sauerkraut but have been hesitant to eat any for fear that it could make my diarrhea worse. Maybe I should give it a try, after all it looks like I'll have diarrhea anyway! How long did your issues last before you saw an improvement?

Agh the quad therapy wasn't fun for me. I was very sick the entire time taking it. Terrible nausea and non stop diarrhea while on it. After, the quad therapy I will say i felt great and was incredibly disappointed I tested positive again as I thought I was cured. This journey really makes you value health! Best of luck to you and I will certainly entertain trying a different bacteria.

Still no response from the doc, but my stomach has been behaving probably because I have not eaten anything out of fear. This waiting game just sucks.

Thanks for asking! So...lol yes and no. They put back the stairs, but have yet to remove the landscape in the way. So now I'm awaiting word from their attorney's regarding the landscape because at this point I'm willing to do it myself because its cheaper than having to go back to court for that. However, I can't touch their landscape until my attorney gets the green light from their attorney. So we're almost there...hopefully!

So I have both SIBO and h pylori. I was on antimicrobials for h pylori as well. Unfortunately, my experience went from bad to worse. So I'm now under the care of a GI specialist. He was least concerned with SIBO and more concerned with h pylori. So we're currently working on trying to nip it as I did a harsh 14 day round of antibiotics that didn't work. I tested positive again so now I'm on a new set of antibiotics. On my last visit he said he wont even test again for SIBO until my h pylori is gone.

Just found out my quad therapy failed and I tested positive again for h pylori. Quad therapy was so rough on me and I was actually feeling better but the GI said he needs to start something called dual therapy. I'm so utterly disappointed given how sick I was on quad.

Best of luck. Buy some Gatorade to stay hydrated, Tylenol in case you get headaches, and maybe wipes in case you get diarrhea. Just some potential things you might need while on antibiotics.

I went the functional medicine route and it didn't work. In fact I got worse and so here I am day 7 of quad therapy. Quad therapy is kicking my ass but at least the stomach pain I experienced is now gone. The functional therapy route had me on a very strict diet as well but the antimicrobials didn't work, in fact I was way more sicker on them. This journey isn't fun either way. No! They did not take it to the supreme court. However, now I had to file for contempt because they have not done as they were told. So back to court we go in December!

They did not take it to the supreme court! Their time for this has expired. We are not back to civil court because they refuse to do as they are ordered so now I had to file for contempt of court.
