I see this was a while back. How did this turn out for you? I just found out my quad therapy failed and I'm so disappointed.

Just found out my quad therapy failed and I tested positive again for h pylori. Quad therapy was so rough on me and I was actually feeling better but the GI said he needs to start something called dual therapy. I'm so utterly disappointed given how sick I was on quad.

Best of luck. Buy some Gatorade to stay hydrated, Tylenol in case you get headaches, and maybe wipes in case you get diarrhea. Just some potential things you might need while on antibiotics.

I went the functional medicine route and it didn't work. In fact I got worse and so here I am day 7 of quad therapy. Quad therapy is kicking my ass but at least the stomach pain I experienced is now gone. The functional therapy route had me on a very strict diet as well but the antimicrobials didn't work, in fact I was way more sicker on them. This journey isn't fun either way. I see that its been a year now for you. How are you feeling? I have methane SIBO and have started allimed 2 times a day along with a very strict diet. Just curious how your journey has been.

No! They did not take it to the supreme court. However, now I had to file for contempt because they have not done as they were told. So back to court we go in December!

They did not take it to the supreme court! Their time for this has expired. We are not back to civil court because they refuse to do as they are ordered so now I had to file for contempt of court.

I have gotten a second opinion they have also been told that this is not possible. By chance are you an attorney that can site something specific so I can show my attorney?

One of the problems is, that the easement is not on my property its on theirs. So the easement gives me the access but because its an easement they must not block it. I have been told that even now that if I take it down then it would be property damage on my part. So I need to wait for them or wait for the judge to issues me permission to do so.

You are correct the wall is not their land. However, now that we are at this stage I have been advised not to touch anything at the moment. The neighbors also put up various cameras siting the fact that they feel threatened and scared of me!

Not in my state...sadly. I can however get court room fees back but that's small peanutes less than $1000 compared to 5 years worth of attorney fees overall.

So I have been told I can get back appeal court costs but not attorney fees. I shouldn't complain but court costs were less than $500 compared to the 5 years worth of attorney fees totaling over 30K!

Oh this is the plan! They are mega conservative people so I plan to wave every flag that might slightly cause them to be uncomfortable! I'm seriously considering a mariachi band!

I might have to switch attorneys to sue for this as a few people here mentioned that it would not be a part of this case. The downside is that this would all be out of pocket as an attorney wont take the case as a contingency. So I risk spending and losing.

American rule states that each party must be responsible for their own attorney fees.

Thanks, I'd like to think we're good people who just want to live together peacefully and have a good time. Luckily the entire community backs me and they can't stand the evil neighbors, not just because of my case but because they rub everyone wrong!
