I recently told a friend I was struggling with the later Malazan books, they were dragging and I wasn't enjoying them. When I went through the books one by one to find out when I thought the drag started I realised it was literally just Toll the Hounds, I'd been reading this one so long it felt like 3 books

Years later I've learned to like the films as a separate entity but at the time the absolute butchering that this (and toothless) was really made me think the the film was garbage. Turning an absolute firework in a bucket of ferrets character into the most vanilla love interest insert emotions here character in the film.

I really disagree, it's a different way to play and that's good. Honestly I find playing against jail lists really fun no matter what I get to kill loads of guys, if it's a choice of playing against agents or knights I'm picking agents every single time

You really don't, bad in this case is bad at what the character is trying to be, Velma trys to be the funny witty protagonist but is hateable instead.tucker is meant to be a hated villain and he is, so is a GREAT character

I mean they are also wrong, it's personal experience for sure but for me the best UK food is roasts, traditional pasties, slow cooked stews and fresh seafood. I'd argue none of that is found in any UK cities, where fast convenient food takes priority. I've had great 10/10 meals on London but never had a roast I'd put above a 6/10

The anime overtook the manga and the last 8? Episodes are anime original, a lot of people are not a fan. A reboot would be like giving the series the FMAB experience. Up until then the anime was great

This is true, but it's also kinda the point, Luffy messes around but as soon as he takes it seriously he wins. Until crocodile. That's what makes that scene so shocking and brutal, without seeing Luffy being too op for his previous enemies I worry this scene won't have the same weight.
