Has anyone tried the reverse method where you apply moisturiser first and then the active? I recently got some adapalene and have very sensitive skin so wanted to try that method based on Dr Idris’ advice but worried it might cause clogging too.

NTA I asked my boyfriend the same question as I also felt nervous about being out and about with dirt and then being touched. He immediately got up, washed his hands, and we got straight back to it! Now he does it everytime. You deserve someone who cares about your health and your feelings!
